FutureBricks is a peer to peer property investor lending platform – a fast growing company with the requirement for fresh regular content on a frequent basis. We caught up with them to see how creative bubble has played a part in their growth.

How has creative bubble helped?

You’ve been accommodating in terms of last-minute requests – our business model means we have to act quickly and often have short time scales.

Creativity and general outputs have been great – we often get multiple suggestions for designs and many of them could work in their own right. Our account manager has been great – organised, patient and proactively comes to us with any questions – top marks there. We really appreciate you have been patient with us, especially when things haven’t been clear!

What is one thing you love?

Being able to send over a concept and that being executed to a high standard.

What measurable benefits have you seen?

Internally – staff are more design-conscious and we’ve generally improved the format of our documents. We can all clearly see there’s a big improvement and the brand appears more credible as a result. Externally – we’ve received some comments about the crispness of the docs (e.g. brochures) and designs. More to come on this front as we pump out more content.
