Can I really make unlimited requests?

Yes! When we say unlimited, we truly mean it! You can send in as many requests as you want. Just keep in mind we do everything from scratch and we’re only human. We always work to deliver to the highest quality content at the quickest turnaround possible. Please add your deadline in the request form so we know if you’re on a tight deadline.

What is the turnaround time for the work?

All turnaround times stated on each plan are estimated from our most common projects.

None of these turnaround times are guaranteed for every project. This is an estimated turnaround time that our team uses as a basis and a goal for general design projects. Actual turnaround times are subject to change depending on several variables, including the complexity of a project.

Our Priority Plan comes with ‘VIP Priority’ which means the turnaround time would be within 24-48hours for most designs.

Special Designs

Some projects are subject to longer turn around times and fall outside the general turn around time of 3-4 days. These projects include, but are not limited too: Logo/Branding, Brochures, Videos over 2 minutes and other projects subject to review

How long does it take to sign up?

Less than 5 minutes. We only need a simple registration and authorisation form completed. No contract!

How many videos can I create in the Lite plan?

Realistically, you will be able to achieve 4-5 tasks in a month. E.g. two could be a video and two could be a graphic.

What does 'Active Projects' mean?

It will be the number of requested projects our team will be working on at any one time. For example, if you have 2 active tasks, our team will be working on 2 of the projects in your queue/list at one time. These limits are based on each subscription. If you need more help at any given time, you can just add on another subscription for that particular month.

What design is not included?

We can pretty much design or create anything you want! When it comes to rebranding and logo design it can take time.  The concept may come quickly but there’s a lot of market research that needs to happen to get your visual identity spot on. It means a project can stay open for a while as we go back and forth to finalise the design.

Is there really no contract?

Each of our subscription plans are rolling 30-day agreements. You will have access to request new design projects, revisions and communicate with designers during those 30 days. Once you purchase a subscription your account is automatically enrolled into a rolling 30-day agreement. The account will renew at the initial purchase rate every 30 days until changed or canceled.

None of our monthly recurring plans are locked into long term contracts and you are free to upgrade/downgrade your account at any time during your subscription. The renewal charge will reflect the upgrade/downgrade from the subsequent month. For example if your plan subscription starts on 1st January and you decide to upgrade or downgrade on the 20th January, then your new renewal charge will reflect the upgrade/downgrade fee from 1st February.

Content Access After Cancellation: Clients can access their files up to 30 days after the end date of the paid period. At the end of 30 days the account will be archived and any unfinished projects will be closed. No new projects will be started after the end of the paid period.

Can I get a discount if I get multiple subscriptions?

Absolutely yes! We offer a discount when you bundle two or more subscriptions together. Please note that this discount can not be combined with any other promotional offers.

Do you post on my social media channels?

creative bubble will only create your content, videos and amazing graphics for social media. We don’t post them for you. Here’s why: whether you are a small startup or a large organisation, we strongly believe that social media comes from within. We can give you tips on how to make the most and will give you tons of content to make the most!

What video is included in this package?

Our video service includes pretty much anything you can think of if it’s digital. For example, here are some videos we could make:

  • A social video with stock footage and your assets
  • A video with footage you provide
  • A video with just text and engaging music

If you’d like us to film, we can arrange this for an additional fee. Just let us know!

On average, how long are the videos you create?

This is probably one of the most common questions we get asked. Every video is so personal to every business that it really depends on what you are planning to use it for. Our recommendations are 2 minutes for educational videos, and less than 60 seconds for any business introduction or sales related videos.

Can I get the original stock image?

As per most stock asset licensing, we are not allowed to redistribute any stock images, videos, vectors, etc., from online resources.

Commercial licensing allows us to use the work in the development of a new creative asset but does not allow us to download and redistribute stock assets to a customer. Any assets that are downloaded from our stock resources can only be used in the creation of a new creative asset.

I have a time sensitive deadline, what do I do?

No problem at all, we understand there are times when you will have deadlines.. In your brief, clearly let your designer know and they’ll try their best to prioritise that work.
